We're delighted to hear that Berlin singer-songwriter Still Parade will finally release a full-length debut next year. Having soaked up Niklas Kramer's entire back catalogue, which includes the divine Fields EP and the track that initially propelled him into our conscious, 'Actors', it's a relief to know that we can spin a whole record soon. 'Concrete Vision' is our first taste of the album, and it's every bit as soothingly melancholic as we'd hoped. Having been recorded in his apartment, on a tape machine handed down by his dad, 'Concrete Vision' should sound claustrophobic and flat, but Kramer has other ideas with trippy synth spirals, luxurious guitars and mellow vocals lifting his vision out of the bedroom and into the clouds.
